Our Process
Consult
The first step is a coversation in your project space. This allows us to discuss your vision and budget, develop preliminary drawings, analyze costs, and align schedules.
Design
Once we have built your unique space in our software, we are able to dial in customizable 3D renderings and walk-throughs to bring your project to life. This element serves as a valuable & adaptable tool throughout the entire project to ensure we capture every detail as we strive for the perfect blend of function & beauty.
Build
This is when your three-dimensional dream is made real. After the foundation plan and load-bearing design structure are finalized, we begin. Permits are obtained, coordination is delivered by a dedicated Project Manager, and off to work we go. Homes are draped/taped/ventilated to ensure the highest level of comfort for you and loved ones while we renovate. We take every opportunity possible to accomodate special requests that minimize the impact of a large remodel or addition...we consider it a privilege to be working in your private home and work heard to earn it every day.
Finish Details
Every project, big or small, has its unique challenges along the way, and Patriot diligently manages each step for you until the very end. It takes a high degree of dedication to ensure a strong and complete finish. This means leaving your space in show-ready condition, closing out all inspections, delivering a completed project packet showcasing your investment, and following up on any ongoing service needs.
